Conventions

Envelope: { ok, schemaVersion, data | error }
Chain amounts are decimal strings with a decimals sibling, never JSON numbers.
CORS *, rate-limit headers on every response, Binance failure degrades (no 5xx).
Clients must render disclaimer and must not relabel stress maxima as “safe”.
